ah yes I should have known, Clinton psychically projected his thoughts onto Bush and the Republicans at the end of his second term so that 5 and half years after Clinton's Presidency ended, today, Bush and his party would all collectively mentally short circuit and make the all the wrong decisions so it would just 'look' like it was their fault. Boy that Clinton, what a sly devil!! he really set them up boy! all this time he has controlled their thoughts and decisions, amazing!!

I doubt it. Let's assume the public is so disgusted with Bush that the Dems win both houses by a landslide this year. And let's assume they win the White House in 2008 after the economy tanks (I'm doing best case scenario for the Dems here). That still leaves Bush's entitlement and borrowing time bombs to go off after the Depublicans have sewn up the executive and legislative branches. They'll be blamed by the public and the Republicrats will get the Congress back in 2010, and the White House in 2012.
