Got it - republican voters are denigrated for being sheep who blindly follow the party line, except for when you see the opportunity to denigrate them for thinking for themselves.
I wonder what your reaction would be to registered Democrat voters who similarly 'abandon' their party's candidate. Similar joy that they are thinking for themselves, or feelings of betrayal?
