Who claimed that the child broke the law?

The assignment was to make a poster based on what they had learned about the environment. The idiot parents sued because the teacher would not accept the poster (which had nothing to do with the assignment).

The parents lost.

The parents help to pay the teacher's salary. So this incident is an example of unfair taxation.
