The following is only a partial list of ongoing investigations of the most corrupt administration and associates in recent memory.

* The Plame Game is under investigation by the Justice Department.

* Bush's Medicare scam and the circumstances that led the administration to lie to Congress about the cost of the legislation is under investigation by the HHS inspector general's office.

* The massive intelligence failure that led Bush to lie to the world about the Iraqi threat is under investigation by a congressionally-authorized independent commission (which Bush fought the creation of).

* Bribes offered on the House floor to Rep. Nick Smith (R-Mich.) in exchange for his vote on Bush's Medicare plan are under investigation by the House Ethics Committee and the Justice Department.

* Attorney General John Ashcroft was under investigation by the Federal Election Commission for violating campaign finance laws in 2000, and the FEC concluded that Ashcroft accepted $110,000 in illegal contributions.

* An investigation into House Majority Leader Tom DeLay's criminal fundraising schemes in Texas

The only question left is which one of these misdeeds will Bush be impeached for. I suspect lying about WMD as the excuse to go to war in

Don't forget the republicans are the ones who remove their foil hats every night to get their days instructions from Fox/Limpballs-Hate Central. Without it, they'd still be in their caves in Europe, eating bugs and shitting in the forest.

Possible impeachment, as he presumably helped the enemy.

Not under oath. No impeachment.

Incompetence. No impeachment. (A pity. 2450 or so and counting. I lost track at 1000.)

Not a Presidential action. No impeachment. (Maybe removal for another individual.)

Not a Presidential action. No impeachment. Possibly removal of John Ashcroft, but wasn't he replaced already?

Not a Presidential action. No impeachment. DeLay has already been indicted and is no longer House leader.

Not a Presidential action. No impeachment.

Not a Presidential action.

Not a Presidential action.

Unknown. This is Bush's pick but it's not a Presidential action.

Unknown.

Incompetence. No impeachment.

Unknown.

Not a Presidential action.

In any event, impeachment has to be initiated by the House. Guess who's running the House? And the Democrats are going to have to be careful, lest they invite calls of 'retaliatory politics' after their election
